It's a pain clearing Blue and Red as Fiddlesticks

I feel like this is an attempt at trolling. It's actually EASIER to clear red and blue because you don't need to use E (mana efficiency!!). I'd say that Krugs would be the hardest camp to clear because E can't hit them all (due to not all of them being present at any given time.

Except his E having targets to bounce made it far easier to clear the previous blue and red buffs.

What are you even talking about?

I'm talking about only having to use drain to clear camps. It's a single target ability, there is one monster. Do the math and see that now you don't need to waste mana on E to kill some weaker-than-minion Jungle creeps.

ya but it will take longer because that same E also damages the monster multiple times

i don't play fiddle though

Clear time is longer using only Drain. He's not Season 4 Ryze, where he can just bounce E off himself.

Snap...now you've reminded me of the glory days of Manamune Ryze in Season 5...

Lol wait that was an actual thing? I remember building Archangel's on him, then once it was stacked, picking up a Manamune because the Manamune would also stack up after Archangel's was charged. I never thought that was an actual build though.

It's situational, but it does a ton of damage.

UNIQUE – SHOCK: Unit-targeted abilities and basic attacks on Champions (on-hit) consume 3% current mana to deal 6% current mana as physical damage. This effect only activates while you have greater than 20% maximum Mana.

I might just try it soon. It's a fun side build

No, that's not what was good about it. What was good was that his E would proc it upwards of 7 TIMES!!!! You'd E someone in their minion wave, lose half your mana, but instakill them.

Here's a YouTube link of someone showcasing the interaction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ld90qgkzxvM

Now it's actually a pretty solid build (I do it every time I play him). With the new Rod of Ages, you heal for 50 HP per spell cast because of the spell's cost in addition to the cost of Manamune's passive. It's also not even situational, because it then makes it impossible to build anything other than HP against you. It also got a buff because Ryze gets more mana thanks to the passive.

Didn't know Shock procs on all fluxed enemies :o Too bad RoA got -400 mana from the previous 800.

Definitely trying it out now. That healing is good too. Who needs spell vamp ?

Danjeng2 votes

And you've reminded me of Manamune Ryze. I'm going for the full Mana Ryze:

Rod of Ages, Seraph's Embrace, Muramana, Iceborn Gauntlet, Morellonomicon...

Jax Cramer1 votes

Yeah and it takes ten times longer lmao.

MunchCrunchLunch1 votes

no its not because his E did bonus damage to monsters and bounes made it faster to clear. he has blue so he doesn't worry about how much aman he uses.

Ask an enemy to leash. Just tell them to stand right next to it.

Haha! The Fiddlesticks invade will be a new era of terror. Shaco's reign is over.

Brutalitops012 votes

That can make it more annoying with not having the E bounce, but at the same time it also means that you only have 1 thing hitting you and can't accidentally misclick on them with Drain.

He's pretty weak right now regardless. Really needs attention from Rito again.

Fiddlesticks is so useless now. thanks riot.
