Simple buff to Ohmwrecker that might make people consider it

I once bought the item as Yorick because I found it had better raw stats for that particular game. Had a yolo attitude too.

Wiith that said, I do like the stats on the item. But maybe there's a way to buff the active portion of it?

I just don't feel like the item is super good on anyone who'd actually want that active.

If I'm splitting, while this active might be nice, I can't fit it reasonably on my build. What am I gonna give up for it if I'm GP? Kayle? Nasus? Tryn? Etc.

I can see building it on Yorick if I'm doing a whole cheese thing of building it with zz'rot and just trying to take down a turret in like five seconds flat, but that's not enough imo.
