Can we please not have autofill in normals?

The only way to protest is just leaving when you end up being autofilled support. Which just happened after two remakes and two people leaving match selection (all in which I got my preferred role). Remakes are annoying but required, whereas leaving match selection is becoming a requirement for enjoying LoL. Make me wait 10 minutes to get into a game if I want a popular role, sure, but don't force me to play a role that I don't want to play.

Just came back from a game that was yet again decided by the bot lane, the clincher being that going by the pre-game chat, the Twitch on our team had been autofilled. Proceeded to give away first blood and another 6-7 or other deaths (not including his Bard support) in the first 15 mins to their Jhin. Why is it every time Riot does something nice, they then have to go screw it up again?

What do you mean? Normals as in solo q? or Normal games?

Sadly there isn't the queue population there used to be, making these kinds of things necessary to make games at all.
