So is the stabby tabby like the only one of his race or is he like a yordle or something like its a goofy question but i'm curious if there are more meow killers rolling around out there

I believe old lore had an area of jungles that were poisoned magically during the rune wars, that cause unpredictable magical changes in animals and people

I read a quote on a rioter's ask page (can't remember his name) that said he was unique. It made me scratch my head because why not have a race of cat people? In any case, I'm sure even if Rengar had a race they won't ALL be like him.
