Why isn't Quinn played more often as an ADC?

I've only played her two games as an ADC (Others were as Top or Mid which were alright too) and both times I did really well.

First time, 19-5, got a Penta (Didn't have problems teamfighting but that's probably cause I was already so far ahead that the frontline wouldn't be able to hold me down) and second game 13-1.

She's honestly really powerful and the only thing I see as being a problem is her ult not being compensated enough for being turned into a melee form (Defensive stats plox) and her AAs being sorta buggy cause sometimes harrier procs don't go off (Got me killed in the second match, would've been a perfect game otherwise).

Another might be her range but Sivir and Lucian have even smaller range and even if Sivir has teamfighting abilities with her ult, long range Q and AOE, Lucian is pretty much in the same boat as Quinn isn't he? Then there's also Jinx and Graves. Jinx has her AA range increase but Graves is all about burst just like Quinn.

EDIT: These were in normals so maybe it was just cause I did well against people who were practicing or trying out new champs that I think Quinn is really good as an ADC...? I mean I don't think she's top tier or anything, just deserving of more than just a cheese pick top lane.

Weak team fighting. Her ult is useless in most team fights. And short range doesn't help her at all. Not even counting the bugs she still has.

She is a great top laner, and a strong lane bully bot. But once you get to team fights, if she isn't vastly ahead she doesn't bring what other champs do. Her lack of wave clearing is another weakness sadly. :(

I really love playing her though.

I like Quinn mid. Cuz instead of her ult being a liability with it, she can be anywhere on the map in maximum 5 seconds and help out in fights/clean up kills. she also lane bullies out most mid laners because they're squishier than she is.

I actually love playing Quinn, she's the adc that always gets me back into adc. (I main support so that's all I usually play)

I had a ranked game where I played quinn adc, and our mid akali did nothing but bitch at how I should of picked Lucian or someone else who is broken as hell just to win the game. I don't believe in that, maybe I should of went MF instead then. She did nothing but feed and I was the only one to get fed in the end anyway. (Akali vs Pantheon btw)

Quinn vs assassins any time in the game insta-death and since champs like zed are often played in ranked its game over for her
