Manaless/ resourcelss champion??

the main reason Riot kept nerfing mana (remove mana potions, shaft 90% of mana regeneration) was cause "champion with wave clear could farm fast and forever" and it was then fair for some champs to dont have mana.

but after all this changes. champion that dont have mana/ energy [ etc] have a huge advantage over the other champs. as they can spam their skills either to farm. to dodge or to pressure the lane

Garen immobile AF Katarina very vulnerable to being shut down early and needs to snowball+ weak laning phase Yasuo supposed to be squishy (is being nerfed) Riven needs to snowbally and falls off late game.

I mean Yauso is cancer, but Garen is in a really bad spot and easy to play against, while Kat and Riven are in not quite as bad of a spot, but require a decent bit of skill/experience on the champ to be even viable.
