Why does 's Rite of the Arcane dont apply Slow on hit like 's Curtain Call??

both "lock" the champion on the location both give a 10 seconds window both have multiple shots

and while RoA do is an AoE while CC is single target hit, CC travels faster and dont show the direction of the projectiles, while RoA shows where it will land.

and yes, I know the common response is "just build " But, the Health on is wastes on . and for 3200 G you cold rather buy or

Simple, control mages are boring and people don't like boring in LCS lol

1.) Jhins ultimate can only hit 1 target, Xeraths can hit several.

2.) Range and Direction. Xerath can shoot anywhere, there is generally no escape from his ult bombs, Jhin has a smaller window & smaller space to take his target out.

3.) Xerath needs peel to be effective, so item 3116 is pretty core in my opinion, regardless of how it interacts with his ultimate.

Yep, even xerath ult is way harder to hit that jhin's
