@Riot @Meddler @RiotRepertoir About the new Skarner's passive...and his Q

Hello, and thank You for reading this. as i played almost excusively Skarner for almost two years, i was pretty excited about this "new mechanic" .So, i watched a game with the new Skarner....i'm not really conviced about the new passive, as it's highly situational, too much accessible to the enemy, more feast or famine, and yet so much of Skarner's power is tied to it. So, could You split the AS and MS buff between his Q and his passive please? As a side note: it could be a nice idea if Skarner could construct his limited number of crystals a la Rek'sai (construction time, destroyable). One of the things i truly enjoy about him is his sticking power, which it seems to be pretty ruined if this update will go live unchanged. Sorry for my bad English, i hope i made myself clear.
