I'm just learning her, watched videos, etc. And every once in a while, I see her use Q like a lasso, pulling the victim in.
I'm not sure how I'm doing this or how to make it work.
Can someone explain to me how I do this accidentally from time to time?

GrenadesAndHamm1 votesNo, Evelynn has something that draws the enemy back when you hit them. I think it's part of the charm, but I can't make it work reliably.
Shiznyte1 votesWhen you use your W it has two effects on the target... if you let the heart Fill up all the way and proc, and you hit with the Q skill shot, or the Q hate spike, you will Charm the enemy forcing them to walk towards you and reduce their magic resist along with doing good damage. You have to let the Heart on the W fill all the way up and wait the 2.5 seconds after the initial cast.
If you do not wait the entire 2.5 seconds you will only get a slow when you hit the marked target, not a charm

It seems like if I use W, than go from camo to E the champion, it does a large amount of damage. Is there a way I could incorporate Q into that and not lose the damage?

Shiznyte1 votesThe E will also Proc the Bonus damage and the charm. I believe in the tool tip it says any damage from Eve's skills will proc the W after the 2.5 seconds (this inculdes the ULT if you want to open with ult because you are too weak to stay but you want to charm them) Personally when i see a low HP target ill mark his friend near by open with ult too kill low HP target and charm the marked target if im lucky. When you are stealth you get the empowered E which has increased range, so if you are close enough it is much more reliable to use to charm instead of Q especially with minions around! Also while camo the empowered E will do more damage and slight AoE damage so you want to use that to open unless the target is too far then go for the Q
