I accidentally started E on Fiddlesticks, and no one wanted to give me a leash until 8 minutes into the game.
I was useless the rest of the game... Still tried though... Got flamed like hell for being a dumbass

ABlueQuaker3 votesI waited like 10 minutes for a game with my Primary set as Jungle and Secondary set as Top. I gave up and set my secondary to Support. Ended up Support. Had the worst Top and Jungler I'd ever seen. That was a pretty dumb mistake. Ideally I'd just clone myself 4 times so I know I'm not going to have any braindead twats dragging my team down.

Forgetting to trade with my ally one game. We were both on Teamspeak and planned to trade but got distracted.
Taking Thresh with Smite and attack speed runes is not a great idea, by the way.

Season 5, Kog'maw jungle. Picked it into a Nunu. I'm not sure I got a buff all game. Accomplished nothing that game, much better this season though.
Thresh Jungle. An amazing combination of my inability to land hooks, weak clears, and Threshes passive. I even walk close to a lane, without souls spawning and giving me away. Surprisingly, Thresh top isn't bad though.
Kha'zix support. Not entirely sure what I was thinking on this one. It was basically a 1v2 lane for our ADC, and I scaled pretty poorly. Probably shouldn't have mutated R first.
Aside from that, every failed flash, failed dive, intentional 1v5, accidental 1v5.

Hollowchazz2 votesFrom a itemization standpoint, i would play MF in season 2 with ALL Atk speed runes, i mean every single slot was atk speed.... I also rushed a Phantom Dancer first because i thought that attacking fast with my W on could ramp up the damage to max faster. It wasn't the worst thing a player could do ie buying AP items on a champ that has no AP scalings at all.
I also initially thought flash was bad because of it barely covered any distance so i always took ghost + heal as ADC MF. Heal was actually pretty good, i would kill someone and they would always rage over picking heal
From a gameplay standpoint, We were doing baron, there was an udyr, i knew he was coming but baron was getting low 5k 4k 3k 2k. Basically i think he stunned me + tiger auto + smite on baron. I should have just tanked baron while he was at 3k hp and let udyr suicide for nothing then secured baron... Baron clouds all judgment because all you can think about is landing that smite. Maybe next time i will stop attacking baron and tell team to kill udyr first.
Another big mistake was playing first time annie vs a fizz in ranked....yeeeah i went like 0-9 that game...i only went annie cuz my main and only mid laner akali got banned. Now if akali is banned i just dodge.

mid lane because it worked in ARAM... that didn't work Ha.. well actually it worked at the start of the game but quickly ran out of steam... didn't help I was laning against

Why? Its because I'm pumping out the Fervor stacks right along with that beefed attack speed.
Late game, those items go out the window for better, more suitable shredding pieces of equipment.

Was playing Heimerdinger push-build and got dove my a Jax under tower. I tried to hit my Hourglass in my moment of freakout, but couldn't remember which button it was on. So I just hit everything. Next thing I knew, I had a Z'zrot Portal and a ward on the ground alongside me and the Jax was looking at me like "wtf." Did hit the hourglass though! :D
Trying to learn Ekko and tapping my ult too early. Dropped myself right in front of their jg Udyr with no chance of my team getting to me on time. I let you guess how THAT ended.
