Which assassin is the most difficult to play, or has the highest skill cap, who when mastered is better than all of the others?

Well youve got the top 3 being zed, katarina, and talon. Personally id say zed is the hardest to play and the most rewarding when mastered. There is so much to this champ and so many little things you can do to improve your gameplay with him, and once mastered he is a monster. If you want vidoes for help Id recommend watching red mercy's zed guide and red mercys vid when hes being coached by llstylish, which is the best zed in NA.

Thanks man, after i learned Katarina I think shes super fun but the gameplay with her seems bit repetitive at times as you pretty much seem to use the same combo in every situation. Talon seems fun but its like your missing out on a lot of mechanics by replacing an ability that could be an attack with a vault. I guess I should try and obtain zed next then I figured he was the one to go for.

Talon is easiest to pick up, fun to play, but often feels a little lackluster later in the game. Katarina is honestly, just so damn strong when mastered, if you have the patience and the will power, definitively go for her. Zed is a bit overrated, sure he is a good assassin, sure he looks cool AF, but his potential is damn low when his ult is on cool down. He is the pinnacle of the assassin definition though, if thats what you are looking for. Other noteworthy assassins to look into, Ekko, Akali and Fizz.

Kat is harder than people give her credit for, and LB is definitely the most mechanical. Not sure she's in the best place right now. But my money is on Diana as the most underrated assassin in the game.

Zed is the most retarded champion ever created, how can people even lose with zed, you just delete adc and run away WITHOUT being punished all the time it's absolutely retarded.

Well, supports exist for a reason. Zed has to do full combo to be able to delete adc. And there are many ways to stop Zed from killing someone.
