A great buff to Katarina.

Sad to see my favorite champion fall off the meta so hard. Most of the champions in this game have some way of interrupting her ulti. Here is some changes I think would make her a great pick again.

Passive: No change.

Q: ACTIVE: Katarina throws a dagger to the target enemy that bounces to the nearest unaffected enemy up to 4 times, dealing magic damage that is reduced by 10% for each enemy hit, down to a minimum of 50% damage, and marking each target. MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 45% AP) Katarina's basic attacks and abilities consume the mark on affected enemies, dealing bonus true damage. If the mark is consumed by Shunpo the target is also stunned for 0.5 seconds. BONUS TRUE DAMAGE: 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 (+ 15% AP)

W: No change.

E: 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+ 25% AP) ----> 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+ 30% AP)

R: For the first 1 second of the channel, Death Lotus cannot be interrupted. 350 / 550 / 750 (+ 250% AP) (+ 375% bonus AD) ---> 350 / 550 / 750 (+ 350% AP)

1 full second of ulti without interrupt is just insane. Katarina would be banned every game anyways if that went into play.

stop ruining perfectly fine champions. if you are below master, dont even think about balance changes except yasuo whinethreads are okay because its part of boards culture

While as a Kat main I do not necessarily agree with the OP on his suggestions, saying that no one below master should not even think about balance changes (much less post them) is simply a poor statement. We all play and thankfully RIOT has given us all the right to post our thoughts and even asks for our suggestions.

Awesome! I really want Katarina to be buffed, because now she is owned by almost every Mid lane champion in the laning phase, every AD Bruiser e.t.c.

Yes, she needs some buffs. She need maybe some CC, utility stats and more damage to her abilities early, because for example Ahri and Lux deal much more damage than the ''broken'' Katarina in the laning phase.
