PROJECT Yasuo needs an option to take off the mask.
He does it for his taunts, why can't it be a toggle? The terrible filter over his voice is the only thing stopping me from buying it.

It's just a techno filter because it's a techno skin. There's nothing terrible about it, especially compared to other skins like Mecha Kha'Zix or FM Jayce.
And his helmet is what makes it a cool skin to begin with. If you don't want the voice, don't buy the skin.
He has High Noon, where the particles look almost EXACTLY like Project's, which is the primary reason why many people didn't buy Project if they owned High Noon (many of my friends are a part of this)
