This patch is probably the worst patch that was pushed

Let me just state that there are so many bugs that came onto this patch. I'm not talking about small bugs - bugs that ruin and make the game unplayable. Let me explain:

1. Electocute seems to be bugged and can't be procked in some cases. Example: Qiyana Q+E+auto attack procks electocute. I'm not sure if this consistent but I have a video if you'd like to see evidence.
2. Death recap is bugged as hell. It doesn't correctly explain who killed you nor the damage/skills. It's just a whole buggy mess.
3. If you click on a champion in game, it displays that they have AP for no reason. Example: http://prntscr.com/og958l
4. All chat seems to be bugged once trying to ff. I'm not sure if this just on my end, but I had people in my game complain about this including myself.

These are just some of the bugs I've noticed and there are probably a lot more lurking somewhere waiting to be found.
