Quinn.
Quinn.
Quinn is still technically an AD carry. Just one more suited to a solo lane most of the time.
gnar and jayce i didnt count since they are also melee, urgot i forgot about and i guess he counts so i guess yes
I guess it just depends on their scalings. Since urgot scales as a bruiser, that's probably why he is less likely to be an ADC. He also has a short range, and primarily depends on his q rather than his aa's.
However, people still sometimes play him as ADC. So I think its more of, they can be played as ADC, but their scalings have better uses.

Bard deals physical damage from afar with his auto's, yet he's not normally played as an adc.
? He's more of a hybrid, but to be honest I don't see why you would want to do this. If you're ranged you wouldn't build anything other than damage. You're not going to build tanky because that would be a waste of stats because you're not actively in the middle of the fight.
Jayce could still be played as an ADC. Same with Urgot, although his kit really doesn't suit an adc position.
Not likely, just because if a champ is ranged you can build adc items and perform fine. For example, I've seen champs like soraka and ahri both get picked to adc. Than apparently thresh adc is a thing now too...
The problem is itemization routes.
For example, mid lane Varus I'd say fits this role. He really sacrifices his overall DPS by the mid game quite a lot to guarantee that every individual shot matters. By the late game however, because AD Itemization is heavily biased towards ADCs and not AD Casters, Varus ends up floating back into a pseudo-ADC state even if he was trying to optimize for Burst the entire game.
You mean like Urgot? (Ranged AD generally built like a bruiser and focuses more so on his skills than auto's)
ad ranged =adc
Varus?
