I have read the PBE 5.12 notes. I have not found any AP changes except the Magus jungle enchantment.

I have not logged into League today.

Please explain to me what "BUT THOSE AP CHANGES" are I am so lost right now.

Change in the next patch 5.13.

a future change to ap ....

massive list of AP itemization changes that will be on the PBE testing for 5.13 (not 5.12, which is the next live patch)
