New season match-ups aren't going in my favor
I'm confused on how this is a fair match-up.

said in all chat that he purposefully got a lower rank so he could have fun in ranked.
I had silvers and an unranked for season 6 on our team, while we were against golds and plats. The one gold on our team was assigned jungle and chose his champion for the jungle. Yi was assigned mid and decided to just go jungle without telling anyone.
I mean come on, the 
has only payed 27 ranked games since season 5!
Is this just a sign that I need to wait until a few more weeks into the season to play ranked? Let me know your thoughts
