Problems with runes

I bought runes today so I could try ADC. When I put them on my rune page, they changed. My friend also saw that I had different runes than what I had.

I apologize if this is my fault, I am new to runes. But I don't think this should happen...

Well the only thing that have changed are icons and bugged rune name, all stats were the same.

i had another bug. i bought runes and now i can't se them. when i go to quintessence it's not there, nothing appears.
