Earned Hextech Chest and Didn't Recieve

So a friend got an S in a game I was in and I earned a Hextech Chest on Zilean and when I went to go open it, it wasn't in my Loot. However it still says I have earned a chest on Zilean in my champion collection. I don't earn chests that often so this is kinda sad for me
