Riot, are you guys planning on acknowledging how disgustingly OP Volibear is/has been?

lvl 7 his bite took over a 1/3 of my health as Lee Sin and killed me. I get that it's an execute but when it's killing people who have over a 3rd of their health that's pretty BS dude. You shouldn't focus him because he's a tank and his passive is up constantly so he'll just regen through damage, but if you don't focus him he'll one shot your carries and deal massive amounts of AoE damage with his Ulti autos. Something has to give man...this champion has had around a 55% winrate for quite some time now.
