Help me out Tryndamere Mains

Tryndamere Tryndamere, the champion I want to main So, I've been playing Tryndamere pretty consistently. I mean he isn't that bad of a champion I mean he has all these good perks to him: -Great Mobility -Awesome Split Pusher -Incredible Duelist -Can build full damage (Because ULT) I like him, and I want to keep playing him, but it's so damn frustrating when I never win with him. Most of the time I have a feeder on my team or ya know... Just get stomped wherever I go. I have had people compare Tryndamere mains to Riven mains, they are all toxic. Which of course isn't true. Some people are definitely more toxic than others but having a bias against anyone who plays a certain champion is just stupid. I had a Diamond smurf on my team who was playing Tryndamere, and uh, you know how blinds go? Well, basically nothing got accomplished. This Tryndamere was flaming and harassing everyone on our team, calling us retards, and when 4 people were chasing him, why were we not pushing? It was more like 2, but I got kind of salty at that because I had been trying to push mid the entire game. I was Cho'Gath facing off against a Lux and Morgana so ya know. We inevitably lost, that Tryndamere finished with the most cs out of everyone, but my score was actually better than his, in every single category. I asked the enemy team to report the Tryndamere for being toxic, and the ENEMY Cho'Gath said: "No" "Why" "Because all Tryndameres are toxic" "But if they are all toxic then why would you not report them?" "Because there is no evidence" "?" Yeah I was considering saying more but I didn't think he was gonna crack. Another game I was extremely frustrated as I was laning against a Fiora. Wow, you never know how annoying these champions are until you play Trynd top... ANYWAY, I typed into the chat- "How am I supposed to dodge that stupid jab?" Later on... "God Fiora is busted ;)" "Your Tryndamere" (enemy Fiora) "But... you Fiora..." We continued this banter, until she decided she wanted to mute me. So I was like yeah whatever... I mean, come on someone please confirm that Fiora isn't the slightest bit OP? Lets be real here. I lost that game, unsurprisingly. and you KNOW that Fiora spammed her mastery 7 icon whenever I was about to die. GOTTA SHOW YOUR SKILLS! Running away from Fiora is like running away from Usian Bolt... except he has a sword... and he's stabbing you with it. Anyway, enough of my venting. When I play Tryndamere I usually play him in the jungle. I start with the Red Buff, then go all the way over to the Gromp. Then I go kill the Scuttle Crab for free life, then I go to wolf camp and kill them, at this time I have to back. I'll tell you something now, I have so much respect for people who main the Jungle role. They take so much abuse, not to mention getting a good gank can be easier said than done. How about when your team is losing badly and one person on your team is fucking tilted beyond belief and they just blame the jungle. Most of the time just calling them brain dead, or a potato, or just flat out call them a %%%got. "Jungle never ganked" Well it's kind of hard to gank a lane where the enemy Zed is already 5/0 by 12 min. Sorry buddy but your just gonna have to live with your mistakes, I can't help you I'd rather gank a lane where I am more likely to not give the enemy a double kill. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than a fed Akali. I know from experience. When I don't want to jungle I go top, and since I can only play in blinds right now, I don't have the option to ban a champion. So you can already tell that the laning phase is gonna be shit. I try maintaining my Fury while in lane, but every time I go for cs the enemy just harasses me (which is usually a Swain). Also whats with people at my ELO always taking Teemo adc like... why? ONE TIME, I managed to split push with Trynd so hard that I managed to get to the enemy Nexus towers. But after that, I never got close to them again, because it is impossible for a team to defend a base. *One fateful game: I ping that I am going bot to kill minions (super-minions) This dude pings for everyone else to go to the Baron Pit where the whole enemy team is. I even tell them that is NOT a good idea, and you won't pick up a kill, not to mention steal it. And, sure enough they all died a 4v5. And our Kayn is angry at me for not being there. Bro, you willingly engaged a team fight when you KNEW that I wasn't anywhere near, and it's suddenly my fault that you lost us the game? I was keeping super-minions out of our base. People man I swear. Anyway, what I really want to get out of all this is just some tips, some help, so maybe I can become better with Tryndamere, because right now I probably have like, a 10% win rate with him. This is what I usually build on Tryndamere: Jungle: item 1419 item 3006 item 3087 item 3153 item 3026 item 3074 Top Lane: item 3087 item 3006 item 3074 item 3046 item 3031 item 3124 So, as always thanks for reading, and if you can help me out I'd really appreciate it. BB OUT.

In toplane I suggest trading hydra for bork or bloodthirster, and in jungle, just trade hydra for bloodthirster. your E gives you plenty of AOE, so it isn't too necessary. This is my build, but it includes a couple of personal choices that I've heard arguments both for and against: item 3046(I just don't like statik shiv personally) item 3508(a bit debatable since I've seen arguments both for and against it, so its a personal choice since I like more CDR on his E) item 3006 item 3031 (100% crit now at max fury)item 3153 item 3072.

For toplane: first item should always give you attack speed and crit, whether it be item 3087 or item 3046.
now you can dive a good number of champions under their towers with your ultimate, but learn how and when to pick those kind of fights depending on wards and their HP. Also, another thing that he can be really good at is controlling where the minion wave is at, in lane. Leave the lane once you get both of their towers, and start roaming for stray picks, or if they started grouping, splitpush where they aren't grouping, but be careful and watch your minimap.

In jungle, pretty much build him like you would build full ad master yi with crit, which your above build seems fine for (hydra is kinda odd tho, I suggest you try bloodthirster.). when you gank, try to pick lanes you can tower dive with your ultimate, and after their laner dies, take that tower. Depending on their jungler, you have a pretty good chance of outdueling them in the later early game/early mid game, just be careful their laners dont come to their aid and make it a 2v1. as a tryndamere, 2 1v1s are much better than a 2v1. Also, I suggest not taking your W in jungle until level 4 or 5, since you will need to do a good bit of farming.

One general tip is to try to estimate when you will die at the last second, and time your ult right then, but not a single half second later. This just takes practice and knowledge and hoping you dont get bursted down. using your ultimate too early and overestimating will result in it being useless, and using it too late results in death. Also, ONLY PUT ONE POINT INTO YOUR ULTIMATE (until lvl 17 or so).

If you are struggling, just focus on CS and towers and hope for the late game stride backdoor.

Also, if you want more specific tips on certain things let me know.

-someone with Mastery lvl 6(7, but dont wanna upgrade to 7) tryndamere with 100k+ mastery points in him. The second champ I ever picked up.

Jungle items aren't good for Trynda for the money they cost. I would upgrade only to the blue one without finishing it, if the enemy team has many annoying champions that run fast or jump too often. My strategy is to gank with him, because farming jungle is slow until you get shiv or hydra, so there is no point in farming, if you have already lost the game by the time you finish your farming item. Take ghost (flash can be more useful top, if you are playing vs something like Riven, Yasuo, Fiora etc, because they will try to run), smite, refillable pot - runes are full attack speed with 5 armor, or 5+ armor + full attack speed with around 10 % crit chance, so you aren't rng dependant all the . Ask for a very good leash and save the smite for the next camp, so you can heal. Then gank. Then go back or farm some more. Then gank. At some point you leave the jungle and start taxing lanes and push towers. If your laner leaves to gank bot or go to base, tax the lane and try to hit the enemy tower. If you kill, don't back, push. Take mid and you open the map. lategame you can facetank towers, if they are low. The build is usually item 3087 item 3031 + situational items. (Even for jg Trynd).

If you are playing vs Nasus, you will have to completely change your playstyle, because he completely counters you and you have to build weird items to have a chance of killing him even when you focus him with your team. I think that vs most team comps Trynda is just a worse Yi. Trynda is a midgame champion and is dangerous only when snowballing. Lategame your only chance for win is usually smart backdoor. Trynd is also one of the best champions for tower dives, so don't waste the ult not using it when you get it after 6 - immediately start ganking and towerdiving the enemy team every time it is up. Good Yasuo and Akali are also pain in the ass in the laning phase. If you are losing, proxy the waves behind the enemy team, when they come to siege.

lethality runes, scaling armor runes, critical quints, and cooldown reduction glyphs.

i dont main tryndamere, but if you bring some extra critical chance you can improve your trades.
