Has This Ever Happened To YOU Before?

So, I have been playing a lot of Tryndamere lately, and I am thinking about trying to main him. But, of course, the ELO I am sitting at means I am not going to be having that much success. Or I'm bad. Which is probably it- BUT. You know what really grinds my gears? The fact that before you hit level 30, you can only play blinds? (As long as you have 20 or more Champions, you can play every other mode, which I currently do not have). Which means that before you even get into the game, my team might already be trying to tear each other apart. Especially, when you have a Lee Sin who somehow gets in the same queue as you 3 times in a row, and instantly locks jungle. Even though I call it first. Or when a guy calls adc and locks in Teemo... oh my god. Sometimes I can destroy my lane, but oh, the enemy Zed is fed. Oh, the enemy Diana... is fed. So, it doesn't even matter in the end, because (and it's always a Ryze for some reason), I will still lose. Its so dumb how long it takes to even just go up in level. Like, dude, RIOT I love you, made a great game... but this is just ridiculous. It took me, oh lets see, uh maybe 6-7 games on Summoners Rift to hit Level 23? Before Level 22? At this ELO, games take a lot longer because no one is quite sure how to close out a game, so you can imagine 35-45 minute games here. Times that by 6. That is 4.5 Hours, and now take into account all the time it takes to get into champion select, the time it takes to get INTO the game, the time to get back into queue for another game, and you have yourself a good near half of a day. Trying to level up. ONCE. Now the last game I play, I am Tryndamere top, facing off against Swain. Yeah, not fun at all. Like can RIOT just... delete Swain from the game? That'd be great. Anyway, our Ryze mid says he is first timing Ryze. So now I'm thinking great "Yasuo is gonna have fun with him." But never the less my team tries to help him learn the combos. Ryze gives first blood. 'Fuck'. The game goes on like it should, Vayne gets fed in the bot lane somehow (Yasuo support & Teemo adc VS Vayne adc & Malphite support), who would've guessed? So I try and go on and farm all that I can, hoping we can get to the late game somehow. Then after a trade with Swain, I have close to no health and I am sitting at the tower closest to my base. I go to type in the chat- Kayn phases through the wall and for SOME REASON, even though I am smashing the enter button, my chat stays up so I can't even cast my E OR my R. And he kills me. Oh, god I was seething after that. So, now Kayn is fed. The game goes on... my team continues to die because... reasons. Then After I try helping, and failing miserably, and they were destroying our inhibitors, I type into the chat, "I'm done lol, we lost" Then I start a surrender vote. Let's play a game, how many people do you think voted NO?

  1. 1 person voted no, the vote was unanimous
  2. 2 people voted no, the vote is not unanimous
  3. 3 people voted no, ???
  4. 4 people voted no, WHY!? AAAAAND the answer is: 4. 4 people voted no. So now I am just contemplating on leaving the game. But I would get reported for sure if I did that, so I stayed and just tried to kill the Super Minions. But, you know I can't do something as nearly simple as that, and Malphite ults over the wall, and Vayne executes me in 3 autos (our Teemo pointed out I had R, you know, AFTER I died and it was just then off of CD). This is basically how it goes, for the rest of the game, one guy gets caught out, instant deletion from Vayne. I start another surrender vote. "WE LOST IS THIS NOT APPARENT?" I type. 4 votes to 1. I want to cry at this point. Well, no can do anything at this point in the game, especially even try and kill the fed Yasuo, who's name was actually Yasuo Main, and bming as his team destroyed the Nexus. So, yeah we lost fair and square, people made mistakes, HUGE mistakes, but we all did, and we all ended up giving them easy kills. But you know what boils my blood? The sole reason I wrote this entire thing? Our Kayn, had the NERVE, to type this into the chat after the game had concluded. "Report Trynd for intent feeding." "wtf I wasn't trying to feed." "And for having a Bad attitude." I wonder if anyone did report me... It's like, did I feed that Yasuo in the first place? No. But this guy, this fucking dude, tried to call me out for INTING??? That's just messed up. I had a bad game, and I wasn't able to do anything about the fed enemy team, BUT THIS GUY! I want to know if anyone has ever tried to pull a coward move like that and just leave the chat right after saying something like that. I mean, I'm not asking for an essay like this, but I just want to hear some other people's stories so I don't feel like I just got cheated alone. Thanks for reading and please, if this has ever happened to you before tell me in the Comments section.

Draft pick is a thing.

A surrender vote is not a command. It's a vote. If the other four people want to keep playing, it doesn't matter if you think you can't do damage or win. You keep playing. You aren't the captain of the game. You don't get to decide when the game's over, why someone can't pick their role if they want in blind, etc.

I don't ever report someone because someone else asked me to do it.

The people who do this are the people who have a hard time accepting their own responsibilities. He's doing that because, in his mind, if someone else is feeding, then he has nothing to improve himself.

You must learn to shrug off idiots. Think of them like mosquitoes ; they are incredibly annoying, but in the long run they have no impact on your wellbeing. Just ignore morons, this is the internet.

You are allowed to double jungle. I actually have a winning record with double junglers.

The more you focus on other peoples behavior, the less attention you have for your own play.

So Joe is being a troll. Trolling him back doesn't win you the game. Carrying them despite their bad attitude wins you the game.
