Rammus seems a bit to strong.

So I just played against a rammus as yasuo. I destroyed him in lane early and thought that I would beat him for at least a little longer but of course I was wrong. He had 430 armor did 400 damage with his powerball without a single ap item and attacking him once did like 300 damage to me with his defensive ball curl. Not only that but the fact that his ad scales with armor makes him ridiculously op because he had 270 damage without a single ad item. His ult cooldown is extremely short, his taunt destroys anyone he hits it with, he is super fast which allows him to escape almost any gank unless you have a ton of lockdown potential, he can gank extremely easily and even if you have lockdown then you will still probably get screwed over by his gank, he can dive and tank tower for literally like a minute because towers do no damage to him, he himself has lockdown and cc that can destroy carries and any melees. You won't be able to even touch the back line of their team unless you come from the back. Not only that but with my ult I had 95% armor penetration and still did almost no damage to him while he did tons of damage with just his defensive ball curl. My auto attacks did more damage to me than to him. Maybe it's just me but i really feel that he is extremely op right now.
