Stop nerfing lucian already >:O
they've nerfed his range, w damage, e costs mana and no longer removes slows, and ult cd. And now even his passive, something in my opinion was the ONLY thing that needed fixing to begin with. All of these others nerf (well perhaps not all of them, but definitely some of them, and not to their current degree) were unneeded, because his passive was just really strong and needed fine-tuning. Now that they've hit that, PLEASE give something back to poor lucy, Blackinola and I are dying over here :(
