Akali is balanced right now, if not a little under-powered. She has a very weak laning phase, and if her all in potential got nerfed any more, she wouldn't be played a lot. I already don't see many Akalis around, but changing this vital part of her kit would be extremely detrimental.

Only if they give her the range and procing back on her ult and e, she is significantly weaker without those now if shes not fed.
I know I know. I just realized that Leblanc is the broken one this year. That LB is annoying. Always ban her.
