you cant stack tears at the same time, so it would have to be one after the other, however the passive gets huge after 5000 mana.
80 x5 + 120 = 520 flat.
kassadin has the highest total mana of 1536.6 at level 18. + 5000 mana on fully stacked seraphs x .03 for bonus AP. = 196.1 AP bonus.
520 + 196.1 = 716.1AP + x .35% on rab cap = 250.635
716.1 + 250.635 = 966.735 total AP.

we can factor in baron/potion/infernals/elder....
so back to 716.1 + 40 baron + 50 potion + 36% assuming 3 infernals and elder.
806 base x .35 rab cap = 1088.1
x .36 for dragons = 1479.816AP total.
would be the max ap for anyone not named veigar.
