Due to runes, I've narrowed my choices down to: Sion Xin Yi Malph
I'm looking for someone that can do ganks pre-6.
I believe that Amumu and Fiddlesticks are stuck waiting until level 6. Could someone confirm or deny that? Yes, I'm totally noob at jungler. :(
Bears Dont Care2 votesAmumu and Fiddle can gankpre-6 but its trickier with them. Xin and Yi would be your best option for pre-6 ganks as Sion and Malph are more reliant upon their ultimate for ganking capability. Sion less so than malphite since his slow can lead into a charged Q.

Leaf of the lake1 votesIf those are your options, go xin. His lv3 ganks are superb, and is probably one of the better early pressure junglers out there atm.
Yi is a powerfarm jungler that basically doesn't gank early at all, unless it's something super easy that all he has to do is be there to pick up a kill/assist. Malph is like mumu and fid; can gank pre-6, but needs a good opportunity to make an impact. Sion can be alright, but I personally don't like him. He'd probably be my second pick among the ones you listed.
KMannnnn11 votesAmumu has good pre-6 ganks as long as you can land your bandages. Fiddlesticks can gank pre-6, but he's one of the safest farming simulators as long as you don't get invaded, so you probably should still wait till 6.
But of your list, Xin has the best level 3 ganks.

I think Udyr is probably the best all-rounder here, but Xin is really strong at level 3.
