Yeah, there's some frustrating gameplay in terms of the global blood hunt, and insane range on his ultimate with proper itemization, but he's overall not broken or overtuned.
Maybe he needs buffs, maybe people need to learn to play him better. In either case, thank you Riot for not releasing him overtuned.

He needs buffs for sure in my opinion, but I am fine with seeing small buffs till they feel he's balanced.

The Q feels inconsistent, the W cast duration should be longer, and the ultimate should be fixed so it doesn't surpress somebody you're standing next to trying to run from.
As far as his numbers, idk how they can fix him since like every other fighter he's stat checky and for the most part wins trades by outhealing his opponents. The real question is why warwick over xin zhao or jax jungle, and vice versa.
