Kalista hop animation help please

What does Kalista's hop distance scale off of? Everywhere I look it says something different. I thought it was just based on your boot tier but I've seen places where it says it scales off of her bonus movement speed or even her attack speed. So which is it?

Also, does the speed of the actual animation of her hop get faster at anytime (i.e. scale with bonus movement speed or attack speed)? I know her hop distance can change but does the time it take to get from point A to point B with her hop scale with anything? For instance if you had furor will her hop speed increase while you're attacking or will the furor passive just affect how fast you move if you're just walking without hopping?

I play Kalista all the time and I have honestly never known the answer to these questions. Help please!
