Wasn't granted free win after series

Well I was just going to create a ticket for this but for some reason whenever I try to login to the support page it just instantly logs me out as soon as I login.

But the real reason I'm here is that about a month ago I made it to my Silver to Gold promotions. I didn't succeed in my series so I got the popup saying I would be granted a free win next time. Well I just made it to my promotions again this week and I was not granted my free win. I wen't 2 - 2 and wasn't promoted. So I went ahead and played my fifth game. I just don't understand why I wasn't granted my free win.
