Tbh you can avoid that by checking up all your teammates on op.gg, because autofill and second roles are messing the quality of games too hard, so you need to dodge a lot of them. Also you need to motivate your teammates a lot, if you don't, they int, troll, go afk or flame. While motivating teammate i went 9-1. When i stopped doing it i ended 11-11, still having great kda.

Out of 5 matches, 2 will be trolled by smb, 1 inted, 1 afked and then 1 normal match that you might or might not win. I am too lazy to be a childcare and check if the system doesn't fuck me up so I give up on ranks. It is possible, still, to get higher in the ladder, but instead of skill, you need more dedication. Check all your teammates at all times and be sure that the whole team isn't autofilled and second roled.

Treat second roles as autofill as well, because people main only one role most of the time.

Motivate your team from lobby to the end of the match. This game is not about skill, its about childcare and babysit. Do those two and you might win more often.

If you don't, its like rolling a dice and trying to always get 6. Almost impossible to achieve.
