So J4 is 51,77% winrate and 22,18% playrate. You know what? I started playing him. I am winning matches by playing like dog shit with a broken ass champion. I don't even know what I am doing, but I am winning.

Then I go on my other account, I play very well with my main champion and ... I lose almost everything. Yea. League of Legends 2019 doesn't make any sense.

Can we get off this train with late game champions going early game runes and then being good in every part of the game Riot? Can you please PLEASE just make this game about skill again, so I can compete with others. In this season it feels like I am playing champion vs champion not player vs player. Op shit wins, loser that takes what he loves, loses.

Jarvan isn't really broken; just flexible. He can gank, he can farm, he can control, he has burst builds, tank builds, half-tank builds. Also helps he is comparatively simple and durable compared to other cheese champs like Twitch while having better late game potential/utility than Xin and Gragas.
