Can Teemo please become a Jungler

I mean he could do really well with the new Runeglaive item and all he would need is one small change to make him work in the jungle. That we be to give him one mushroom at level 1. it has the regular cooldown of a mushroom but he can only store one at a time until you put a point into it. But if you want to change his ult up even more make it so if you level it once you get to hold 2, level it again you get 3, then the final point makes it so you can hold 4 shrooms all together. This could give him a nice buff late game to make up for have one less shroom after putting your first point into it. Also if that buff is still not enough you could make it so his shrooms ready 0.25 secs faster just to help with ganks and clearing camps. cmon how can you say no to this face.
