Vayne's R Can Only Be Revealed By Turrets

So how is anyone supposed to kill a good Vayne since she can now position perfectly for stuns and such with little to no counterplay? She's going to need to be nerfed for this to stay as it is. Vayne can 2-3 shot any squishy and being unable to see her at all is pretty ridiculous especially if as an ADC i buy a pink for that reason entirely, and funnily enough most times it still doesn't matter since she can also just stand in one spot and shoot me to death with crits and Q instead.
