Indirect Heimerdinger nerfs

not sure if anyone has really noticed because he's not really a popular champion. Heimerdinger has seen some really have blows recently with the item changes. Originally you would build him with banner of command for the 15% increase in damage it added to his turrets. But that got taken out. So the response was to play him as a full mage again and focus on your rockets. Which wasn't preferred but was a solid alternative. But now DFG has been removed and full mage is no longer viable. Not sure if Riot will do anything to compensate for this or if they have even noticed how the itemization changes are affecting a champion thats not really in the spotlight right now.
