i main Draven and last patch I built DD into Duskblade, but with the nerf to duskblade I don't know if it is worth buying any more and i can't find any 7.15 Draven guide yet so I need help to figure out a new build also I think my runes and masteries are wrong. I go 18/12/0 and Attack dmg reds armour yellows mr blues and attk speed quints.

DD is good, blood thirster is better if you're snowballing hard. After that go for either phantom dancer or shiv and an ie.
