1.99% of players who play singed are singed mains 2.we were playing with garbage champ for 2 years 3.now singed is decent and ofc when people who play trash champ for 2 years and still win games now get decent champ his winrate is going high.IMAGINE RIDING BROKEN BIKE FOR 2 YEARS AND NOW YOU GET MOTORBIKE.EASY ISNT IT?

And now about his buffs. 1.his Q.so if singed goes ap he is easy to kill.if he goes full tank like before he deals less damage than before 2.his passive.yea finnaly he can catch enemy adc and midlaner.i was in so many games where i get 10 kills in lane but still cant catch and kill enemy adc or mid that have 0 kills.JUST DONT COME FCKING CLOSE TO HIM AND HE WONT GET PASSIVE SIMPLE.L2P 3.his fling mana cost reduced-Before his fling mana cost at lvl 1 was 120.90% champs in game have 100 mana cost for their ults. 4.grounding on W .yes finnaly you can catch enemy carries and get rewarded for it

there is so many champs that can rek singed in lane.

I think the reason people hate singed being strong is because he is so uninteractive.

"Oh look. Singed is farming behind my tower again... Cant even attempt to kill him because he just runs away and chunks me while doing it. Guess i get to lane without minions for 10 min."

Its just obnoxious.

The main reason people complain about Singed is because his playstyle isn't very interactive whatsoever.

Nobody is complaining that he is op from what I can see. I filtered the search for "Singed" in the past 24 hours, and almost every thread is one complaining that he was being nerfed.

I haven't fought Singed since this patch, so I won't comment on his strength, but a champion being bad for a certain period of time is not a reason that champion should be allowed to be OP.
