1.99% of players who play singed are singed mains 2.we were playing with garbage champ for 2 years 3.now singed is decent and ofc when people who play trash champ for 2 years and still win games now get decent champ his winrate is going high.IMAGINE RIDING BROKEN BIKE FOR 2 YEARS AND NOW YOU GET MOTORBIKE.EASY ISNT IT?

And now about his buffs. 1.his Q.so if singed goes ap he is easy to kill.if he goes full tank like before he deals less damage than before 2.his passive.yea finnaly he can catch enemy adc and midlaner.i was in so many games where i get 10 kills in lane but still cant catch and kill enemy adc or mid that have 0 kills.JUST DONT COME FCKING CLOSE TO HIM AND HE WONT GET PASSIVE SIMPLE.L2P 3.his fling mana cost reduced-Before his fling mana cost at lvl 1 was 120.90% champs in game have 100 mana cost for their ults. 4.grounding on W .yes finnaly you can catch enemy carries and get rewarded for it

there is so many champs that can rek singed in lane.

I think the reason people hate singed being strong is because he is so uninteractive.

"Oh look. Singed is farming behind my tower again... Cant even attempt to kill him because he just runs away and chunks me while doing it. Guess i get to lane without minions for 10 min."

Its just obnoxious.

sit under your tower and play Under tower CSing Simulator 2017.

Once the minions finally tick his ass down to 1/4 hp or below have your jungler come by and 1 shot him.

doesnt mean isnt cancer to play against and should get a rework.

They honestly need to move poison trail to his Passive. Give him a new Q and make Poison trail activate for X seconds upon Ability activation.

The main reason people complain about Singed is because his playstyle isn't very interactive whatsoever.

ok there is no evidence but hes right you cant give singed to abeginer and see him dominate the lane. singed is hard even if you dont think so
look imagine this. you are playing atrox even thou hes shit and suddenly he gets a rework that makes him playable. and if you were doing good when he was shit imagine how much freelo youll get if the champ is decent

3.and how do you know that? you are not a singed main. singed might look like a very boring champion but when you are playing him you need to look out for the jungler,know when to proxy,know how to proxy,have good map awareness,and know were to go when your team needs help

singed is not op. and rhather then complaning about it you can look for ways to counter him.

Nobody is complaining that he is op from what I can see. I filtered the search for "Singed" in the past 24 hours, and almost every thread is one complaining that he was being nerfed.

I haven't fought Singed since this patch, so I won't comment on his strength, but a champion being bad for a certain period of time is not a reason that champion should be allowed to be OP.

I think that fiora with percentage True damage os bigger problem then singed.Btw Jus bcs his playstyle is diffrend that doesnt mean he needs to be nerfed.He is finaly a decent champion.look at minshap chimpso and singed 420 that were maining trash champion for several years.Now they finaly can show their skills and beat a decent amaount od toplaners.
