My feelings towards SoloQ in season 9

Hey there Mr Tyson, Season 9 really has made a turn for the worse when it comes to our ranked changes, I don't blame you for being upset at all. I'm actually completely on your side for this. I've noticed a lot more players that are doing waaaay worse in ranked than before, it's been quite a mess at times. :
In all seriousness, I can't do much on my end to make these changes but you know what though, this sort of feedback would actually be perfect if you were to put it on our boards. This way, you'll be able to get feedback from other players and possibly even get a response from other staff of Riot - as they often browse the boards to give proper responses to player's concerns.

As suggested by Riot, providing my feedback on this year's ranked experience so far:

Hi, I was placed Bronze 3 at season start. I was Silver last season. I don't really care, I can climb if I deserve the rank. The problem. I have consistently had a 40% winrate. I increased in rank to Silver Promo's. I'm about to lose them, but I gain far too much lp and will likely be in the promos again after a single win.

Not only do I have a 40% winrate(24-36) but I voted surrender on at least half the wins, and we only won because the enemy team played super dumb. Which means in 20% of my games I feel I have been on the better team(this includes me starting out 7/0 and losing these games). Why am I increasing in rank? I've heard some stuff where you guys feel like comebacks feel good and stuff. But it is exhausting having garbo teams every game, and my mmr not adjusting. How, with a 40% winrate, am I increasing in rank?

Game is not fun. Losses don't matter. Wins feel less important. They feel cheap. My rank feels cheap. How am I supposed to feel when I climb to my new division with a 40% winrate?

And please make teams a little more balanced. Lanes are literally feeding or hardcarrying. No inbetween. And I can't really blame people when their opponent is 4 ranks above them, its kind of expected. I open op.gg and I can tell my team is a bout to get stomped. It isn't correct 100% of the time, but games are never balanced. Not like it matters though, I only lose -13 lp and even get gifted free wins in my promotional series. Honestly feels like I could int and still climb rank.

I guess the last point. I win lane almost every game. There is nothing more demoralizing than playing against someone you clearly outclass, and then you see another player on the enemy team more fed than you. Why is 20% of the people in my rank so outclassing the other 80%? We can't climb because we play against each other and keep each other down. Who should lose, the 9/2 Darius or the 7/1 Lucian?

In short, this ranked season feels like garbage. I don't care if I demote to Iron. I'm being held in limbo, losing every game but not demoting(increasing in rank????), so the games are the same.
