Is Ninja Tabi going to remain this way?

Seriously, this has to be one of the most broken and cost effective items in the game.

A mere 1300 gold for 12% damage reduction on basic attacks is ridiculous. Fighters and Tanks can buy this item on their first back, teleport to the bottom lane, and make ad carries even more of a liability than they already are in the early game, likely dishing out more damage than the BF sword ADC.

Coupled with armor items or HP stacking items like DMP or Black Cleaver, it becomes really hard to deal with Lee Sins, Jayce, or Illaoi (to name a few) from 100-0 your bot lane. I wouldn't be surprised if ADCs themselves started building it in lane.

Tabi is one of our only defenses against you marksmen that isn't screwed over by pen, and you want it nerfed?

With the damage mastery nerfs, I imagine that Tabi will be nerfed one or two patches later.

Or it won't. Who knows?
