Proposed buff to Tristana because she really needs it

Tristana is in need of some buffs so i propose that her attack speed steroid on Q becomes a passive and on activation she loses the attack speed steroid but her auto attacks deal 10-20-30-40-50 +6% targets missing hp as physical damage and the cd would be 16-14-12-10-8 seconds.

Edit she now loses the attack speed steroid when she activates the Q
