I was playing a game as teemo and I had 1 billion shrooms around the map and people would keep stepping on them and going from full to very low hp but guess what fucking sorak would always heal them from 1% hp to 100000% hp!
This is unacceptable make soraka lose 99% mana and 50% hp every time she heals some one!!!!!

Given that literally all Soraka brings to a teamfight is healing... you were losing that teamfight before she even pushed R.
You know you are a bad player when you complain about soraka...
Okay, so you were winning the 4v5 and lost when it became a 5v5 (that is, when Soraka joined the fight and started healing).
Still not seeing the problem.
Also, Soraka's ult won't fill everyone's health back to full. Soraka usually ends up with about 300AP by endgame. Her ultimate, at max rank, will heal for 450 + 82.5% of AP on a low-health (<40%) target... or about 700HP.
