His first clear is very risky now + he has this Rumble in the jungle skin. Build cinderhulk or magus + rylais/liandry, then tank = new awesome ap jungler.

Good clear doesn't really mean viable jungler. He doesn't really have the CC or burst damage for good ganks.

Rumble has some cc (slow) and enough damage to melt anyone...
