And increase its max hp shield so it would reward tanky champions with more health and resistances a lot more than squishy ranged ones. It be close to the same on ranged champs but it will be better tier on bruisers Boom balance

However the item itself goes very well into the ADC's because of the fact it can neutralize assassin's potential however grants offensive stats unlike GA so the real question... would it be better to nerf that item? or make it more appealing to buy GA?
Critmaster Garen1 votesor dont nerf it at all and restrict it to melees + make the shield only trigger at 3k max health like warmorgs passive.
steraks without its shield is nothing special for adc and melee adc. its like getting a mallet without the slow passive. not the most optimal purchase.
