So everyone`s talking about these vayne buffs but...

No one`s said anything about this? http://prntscr.com/g6ico3 Yes, I do get she is getting nerfed with her mana costs and cooldowns on other abilities, but they are needed. So why basically undo those nerfs with giving her free mana and CDR off her w? Free mana. I just dont get that. And reducing the cooldowns I also dont really get either. It doesnt fit her thematically at all. Yes, her w doesnt have a lot of use, but it is a large slow.

Maybe remove the free mana gain? And leave the CDR? Dunno. Just my thoughts. Would love to hear yours
