Fizz now feels extremely clunky, and i feel like its too easy to dodge

now having played against and as a fizz before and after his changes, i felt like there was opportunity to dodge most of the time, and sometimes it was a little bs when the fish just jumped to you from seemingly miles away, so the nerfs were deserved, but i think riot went a little far by making it so the fish wont get picked up if you walk over it. and by making the hop to distance (where it will just latch on after its reached max range) extremely short

either one of these would be ok on their own, but together they make fizz's ult feel extremely clunky ,

i feel like next patch they should increase the hop to distance slightly more than it is now, but still noticeably less than it was before.

tldr: fizz nerfs hit hard, doesn't feel good anymore, pls pull back a little

Given that other skillshot ultimates like Ezreal, Lux, Aurelion Sol, Braum etc etc do 0 damage if they slightly miss, be thankful that scummy fizz players are rewarded for missing.

Even if you miss his ult it still zones the enemy .... imagine throwing your ult out in the middle of a chase, the enemy will have to go around it, back off, or tank it head on.....

And there are many more scenarios where you would unknowingly change a group fight without realizing it because of your ult but alot less noticeable.....

Throwing your ult out is literally a big only my team can go here zone especially if you have a Yasuo prepared to press R

But that really depends on the range which you throw it at...
