What's Riot's opinion about Ezreal's ultimate's damage reduced by 10% upon hitting jungle camps?

I mean, it's not like Ezreal would ult just for a jungle camp anyway.

It hurts his cross-map sniping more than anything and I don't beliebe you should lose 40% of your ultimate's damage just because you hit the Wraith camp with your ult.

What are your thoughts about this? If Ezreal gets this oittle treatment, will Draven get it too?
