Does Rito ever have any intention of fixing broken character kits?
Most ignorant saps i come accross always defend any and all "OP" statements as if they hold stock in rito. The fact of the matter is, according to what rito wants for their gameplay, there is a significant number of broken champion kits.
I would define and character as being broken when their kit includes too much reward, not enough risk, high mobility/damage, high heals and damage, or any combination therein.
While no one agrees, Vayne has one of the most broken kits in the game. her passive allows for infinite chase tumble is an engage/disengage and a combat reposition that includes invis. condemn is a disengage tool as well as a very long range cc silver bolts is a kill anything very quickly passive and her ult helps her do everything better.
all she needs is a heal and she would break everything on my list. the only arguement people bring up is her "weak" early game, but the reality is unless you can win the entire GAME before the first item(BORK or some other atk spd item) she will outscale everyone on the rift. changing all her abilities to skill shots and making her passive be disabled for a short duration when cc'ed, or capping the true damage/time would help her kit not be so broken.
other champions whose kits are embarrassingly broken include: draven: easy AF mini game to get massively OP on hit damage nidalee: hyper mobile long range, no risk, with heal, instagib anything that's hunted Yasuo: 2 passives, no cd abilities, no resources, hyper mobile ...
everyone who plays these champs whines about how they are fine because all you have to do "cc them" crowd control is the most bullshit excuse for counterplay if a champion HAS to be cc'ed to be outplayed, then they have a blatant balance issue or design flaw. If a champion ONLY needs such and such an item to become unstopable, there is a design flaw or balance issue.
pls rito execute your balance team for treason and hire someone or something(chimps) who have more focus and a basic understanding of what a balance was (is).
