The most important important issue concerning gameplay

Ping,and overall quality of packets are severely hampering my ability to play this game to the point that I will no longer be playing league until this issue is resolved,I CANNOT play this game with the 90-110 ms,I dont play hots,dota,any game for that manner if I have a ping above 50,because it simply becomes unplayable in a competitive sense,going from 4 ms(cali) to 110 ms proves that this game cannot be competitive in the higher pings with bad packet quality.

Riot,you have that much money,but you dont even consider the most basic connection quality assurances benign and not important,well I have to tell you;

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF GAMEPLAY.
