Please post this on the Pbe boards, not on the live boards. They know it's bugged and will more than likely fix it before the live release.

Edit: I think locking Ornn's upgrades to post lvl-13 is sweet.

I dislike the level 13 thing. We don't need hand-holding. And some people tjink the early upgrades are worth.

Thats exactly why they are doing that.

They are almost never worth it early game, its a noob trap and one of the reasons why ornn has a god awful win rate, ppl keep sunking early gold on those items when they are meant for the late game/full builds.

Again we don't need hand-holding. And some people think they are good early. If they want it let em have it.

Also Ornn support is becoming a thing (because he sucks everywhere). And supports will rarely get to 13.

I love that they chose Zhonyas as the AP item upgrade. Deathcap is already kind of a problem to buy, so some champs don't. I'm glad they finally have an alternative
