S6 Masteries, Help please

With the coming of new season 6 masteries they tend to be buggy because of the new release and i've been having this issue where i would take 18/0/12 masteries and i would specifically take the unyielding mastery and when i would get into game i wouldn't appear i would have any boost to my armor besides my base armor and magic resist but i would get the abilities like the bond of stone and all those tier 3 masteries but the first tier masteries won't show up and i don't know if they apply to the rest of the masteries or not because its not as noticeable since i have masteries to give me ad and ap so i'm now wondering why i don't have the boosts like 6% increase in magic resist and armor and how i can notify Riot to fix or i can fix myself because this seems like an issue that not alot of people get because i would play with my friends and they would get the boosts to their armor and magic resist so again, i'm wondering how i can fix this issue or inform Riot about it.
